As Founder & Chairperson, Pratigya carries forward the foundation laid by the school's late co-founder, Atmesh Sinha — taking charge of his vision and leading The Pride School into its next chapter as the institution's guiding force today.

The Pride School was founded in 2008 with a deliberately reversed brief: begin with the child — their strengths, fears, learning style, and future readiness — and build the school around that understanding.
